Type [1][1][1][1][1][1] and hit the scroll button to enter the programming
mode menu.
select programming with the wheel.
Enter code [9][8][2][4][9][9] or [2][6][7][8][7][8]
Use the wheel to move through the menu's

Options:

ESN Number: Not changeable
Nam 1/2 Phone #
Nam 1/2 CDMA Home SID
Nam 1/2 AMPS Home SID
NAM 1/2 Name
