1.  Power Handset [ON].

2.  Press [MENU] key.

3.  Enter [4] (Display).

4.  Enter [0].

5.  Enter [6][2][6] (Three digit lock code).

6.  Enter [1] (Set-up NAM 1).

7.  enter new 10 digit phone number (MIN).  Press [OK] key.

8.  Mobile ID # is displayed (same as phone number).  Press [OK] key.

9.  Enter new 2 digit System ID.  Press [OK].

10. Press [END] key.  "Service Done" message will be briefly displayed on
    screen.
