Technophone 901   (170-1015)   NAM Programming Instructions

Follow these steps to program a new 170-1015.  Use STO to advance through
the programming steps and RCL to step backward to review the information.

1.  Press PWR to turn the unit on.  Enter

                  #000000##953739# STO 99 STO STO

2.  Press PWR once to turn the unit off, then again to turn it back on. 
    The screen displays:

                          WHICH NAM?

3.  Enter the number (1-3) of the NAM to be programmed, then press STO. 
    The screen displays:

                           SYST I.D.

4.  Enter the 5-digit system number, then press STO.  The screen
    displays:

                               NO.

5.  Enter the 10 digit telephone number, then press STO.  The screen
    displays:

                          GROUP I.D. MARK

6. Enter the 2 digits assigned by the cellular carrier (for example, 10,
   12, 15), then press STO.  The screen displays:

                            SAVE NAM?

7.  Press SEND to save the information you just entered.  The screen
    displays:

                              CONTINUE?

8.  Press END to terminate basic programming.  The screen displays:

                              WHICH NAM?

9.  Press END again to exit programming.  The phone is functional.

    Or, to program additional NAM numbers, press ENTER and repeat
    Steps 3-8.

To activate keytones and the ringer for bag phone operation, set user menu
A (2) to H/F NOT PRESENT.
